 An engineer who started his professional career in the rail sector. Moving into land and property development with Sir David Kirch. Gary has a track record of developing complex property and land transactions including financing through private and institutional investors, negotiated portfolio purchase and sales including complex lease agreements.

 Active in the property sector since the late 90’s having delivered a wide range of large-scale projects in the UK and Continental Europe. He is client facing and hands on in every aspect of the business and development process ensuring close collaboration with stakeholders alike.

  Senior executive with over 30 years of global finance & investment management and business development experience creating multimillion-pound portfolio growth. Extensive capabilities in contract negotiation and obtaining desired financial results. Proven record of boosting growth, cultivating business relations, and achieving far- reaching goals.

Qualified as a Solicitor and spent 8 years in private practice specialising in corporate and insolvency law. He transferred to Investment Banking working for ABN AMRO Hoare Govett, Collins Stewart and Fairfax IS, following which he set up his own corporate finance boutique. He has a very wide range of experience of working with public and private companies across many sectors.

  Andrew is a qualified accountant and has over 25 years renewables experience in wind and solar in the UK, Ireland, Iberia and North America. He has developed significant solar and wind behind the meter projects and PPAs in the UK and Ireland in conjunction with British Steel, UPM Kymmene, HSBC and Swindon Borough Council.

Andrew has extensive experience in the complete development life cycle of renewable energy assets from the initial identification and acquisition to commercial operation. He has led and managed over £500m of transactions relating to solar farms on behalf WELink Energy in the last 6 years.

Gregor has more than 15 years of experience in European renewable energy; leading origination, development, design, procurement, construction, O&M, Asset Management and transactional activity. Throughout that time, he has worked on over 1.5GW of battery storage, 2GW of onshore wind and over 70 solar projects in the UK, Scandinavia, Portugal, Spain and Italy.

Gregor’s team lead on the development and delivery of the project portfolio, including grid, planning, procurement and construction activity.
